We have a number of ways to accommodate you when it comes to sending your sensitive data to us: You can use your Client Portal in Canopy, use the “Contact Us” page and submit documents through our encrypted site or email our office before sending anything and ask us for an encrypted email. Please plan accordingly when you are sending anything that has personal information via the internet.
If you do not want direct deposit/direct debit on your return, please indicate “No” on the Authorization Form. This year’s form includes a section about directly debiting Estimated Taxes. Be sure to fill that out as well, as we are no longer providing estimate paying as an in-house service, but will instead be using the direct debit option in our tax filing software.
